Maggie Schell, M. Ed., LCMHC-A, LCAS-A
My name is Maggie Schell and am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA), and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate (LCAS-A).
I provide counseling to individuals, couples, and those navigating substance use challenges, with a focus on helping clients find clarity, connection, and healing. Whether you're working through anxiety, communication struggles, relationship issues, or addiction recovery, my goal is to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can be seen, heard, and empowered.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and emotionally focused techniques. I tailor each session to your unique needs and goals, honoring the strengths and stories you bring into the counseling room.
I'm deeply passionate about the work I do and feel honored to walk alongside my clients as they navigate some of life’s toughest—but most meaningful—challenges. Growth takes courage, and I'm here to support you every step of the way.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending quality time with my family friends, which helps me to recharge and stay grounded. I also love cooking and baking and especially enjoy trying new recipes. When I am not cooking and baking, I love expressing my creativity and find calm in needlepointing. Whenever possible, I like to spend time outdoors enjoying nature whether its a walk in the park or simply soaking up some fresh air.
